How do I use the calling feature?
If you’re on a paid plan, a Call button will appear in the participants panel when others are present on the board. Ensure all participants use up-to-date browsers like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for the best call quality.
Why are my calls not working properly?
Call issues are usually related to network quality. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and that all participants are using modern browsers.
I forgot my password. How can I recover my account?
You can reset your password by following the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
How do I delete files I’ve uploaded?
To delete uploaded documents or images, go to the files section on your dashboard. There you can select the images you don't need any more and can delete them all at once.
Why is my board getting slower?
Boards can slow down if they contain a large amount of content. Consider creating a new board for better performance.
How do I save my board?
Your boards are automatically saved, but you can export them as a PDF or image at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the billing page. After cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the paid period.
