Presentation mode ensures that everyone’s view of the board automatically follows the presenter. Participants can’t edit the board while this mode is active, keeping the focus on your presentation. However, as the presenter, you retain full editing and navigation control.
To enable presentation mode, click the Presentation mode button in the Power Tools menu on the toolbar.
The laser pointer paints a short-lived trail that fades after a moment, giving you a way to spotlight key formulas or steps without leaving behind objects. Enable it from the Power Tools menu, draw over the area you want to highlight, and switch back to any tool when you are ready to keep editing.
The Bring everyone here button instantly moves all participants’ views to match yours. Use it to refocus attention on specific parts of the board.
The Timer helps you manage time effectively during sessions. It starts with a default of 5 minutes and can be adjusted in 1- or 5-minute increments, even while running. Participants can see the timer but cannot pause or modify it.
When time runs out, an audible alert signals that time’s up. To use the Timer, click the Timer button in the Power Tools menu.
Keep tabs on who is actively following along. The attention tracker surfaces a subtle Away indicator next to participants whose browser tab is hidden, so you can tidy up the board or prompt them to rejoin the session before you move on.
Open the Participants panel while using a Power Tools–enabled plan to see the away status refresh in real time.
